How to Make Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer

  • 370 Milliliters Carnation Fat Free Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Organic Mexican Vanilla
  • ½ Teaspoons Organic Bee Pollen
  • 6 Pinches Ground Nutmeg
  • 12 Grams Stevia
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather all your supplies.

    Step 2

    Pour Fat Free Evaporated Milk into carafe.

    Step 3

    Add 2 teaspoons of Mexican Vanilla (more can be added for a deeper vanilla flavour.).

    Step 4

    Add Nutmeg to taste. I gave it 6 shakes :-).

    Step 5

    Add 1/2 tsp of organic bee pollen to give the creamer a rich yolky flavour.

    Step 6

    Faux sweeten with 12 g (4 packets) of Truvia or your alternative sweetener of choice.

    Step 7

    Stir well to distribute the ingredients.

    Step 8

    Pour the blended ingredients into your creamer container.

    Step 9

    Cap your creamer container.

    Step 10

    Shake vigorously for even distribution.

    Step 11

    Enjoy with your coffee of choice!
