Cut 5 cloves of garlic into strips and put the garlics in a mixing bowl. Add a couple pinches of salt and pepper, oil, thyme, and Italian seasoning into the mixing bowl.
Cut up the bread into little pieces and mix them with the oil mixture. Let it soak for 15-20 minutes.
Cut off the stem so it sits nicely. Cut off a little bit of the tip also to make stuffing the artichokes easier.
Stuff the soaked bread mixture in between the leaves.
Steam for at least 1 hour.
Garlic bread stuffed artichokes ready to be eaten! You can add some mayonnaise with the leaves for taste.
