How to Make Strawberry Shortcake

Supplies

  • 120 Grams Self-rising flour
  • 120 Grams Caster sugar
  • 4 Egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • 550 Grams Thickened cream
  • 5 Tablespoons Caster sugar
  • 3 Grams Unsalted butter
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    After gather all the ingredients required on this recipe and preheat oven in 170 C, whisk 4 eggs in a bowl

    Step 2

    Beat it with mixer and pour the caster sugar until it mixed well and the mixture become a little bit lumpy

    Step 3

    Pour the flour & butter little by little and stir through..after it mixed well , pour to the cake pan and put it on the oven for 25 mins(170C)

    Step 4

    For the whipped cream...put some thickened cream on a bowl,whisk it, put caster sugar and some drops of vanilla extract..whisk until it become thick

    Step 5

    After 25 minutes, rest the cake for about half an hour

    Step 6

    Cut the cake into two and put some strawberries & whipped cream until it covers all the strawberries...last step,cover it back with the top layer of the cake

    Step 7

    Put it on refrigerator for about 1 hour and enjoy :D
