Choose 2 cupcakes about the same size.
Make a slit the width of the Milano cookie.
Insert the cookie into the the cupcake gently at a 45 degree angle.
Cut Priouline cookie in half at an angle.
It should look like this.
Dry fit the heels and adjust as necessary.
Use a dab of royal icing to attach it to the shoe.
Set them on a flat surface. I used a cookie sheet.
Let the royal icing harden for at least an hour. (I went to bed at this point.)
Choose 5 or five coordinating colors. Mix and match them to decorate. I set them up on some pretty trays, but you could also use shoeboxes for a fun effect.
