Chop your red pepper and white onion.
Slice the 2 medium chicken breasts in thinner layers.
Pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to your frying pan.
Place the chicken breasts on the frying pan, you should be able to hear the sizzling.
Put the onion and pepper together.
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add a good pinch or two of red chilli powder.
Put the lid on...
Keep mixing everything every 2-3 min so the ingredients don't burn with the heat.
After 10 minutes the pepper and onion will soften and the chicken will be fully cooked. Place the chicken breast on a plate and for the moment leave the rest of the ingredients on the frying pan.
Slice them in small bite sizes.
Nicely place them in the middle of your tortilla.
Repeat the process for the 3 wraps.
Equally devide the onion and pepper between the three wraps.
Close the wrap.
...and place them upside down on a tray/plate.
Place them on a preheated oven right before you want to eat them(Optional) 5 minutes in the oven will be enough to seal the wrap and make it crispy.
