Preheat oven to 350*
Go to garden and gather basil (1/4 cup) parsley (1/4 cup) and spaghetti squash.
Wash herbs and squash
Carefully cut squash down the middle. Scoop out seeds.
Place squash facing up on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on it then lay fresh basil and parsley on the squash.
Bake squash in oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let squash stay in oven for 20 min.
Using juicer juice both halves of the lemon.
In a food processor add: garlic cloves  lemon juice  olive oil. Process until smooth
Then add herbs and avocado, salt, and pepper to the food processor. Blend till smooth.
Take the squash out of the oven.
Use a fork and scrap the inside of the squash to make "spaghetti"
Carefully chop walnuts up using a chopper.
Mix the spaghetti and the sauce together. Top with walnuts
