How to Make Spaghetti + Smoked Salmon and Sour Cream-Сметана

Quick and elegant recipe. It takes almost 15 mins to prepare. And It can b a one dish dinner. Сметана, sour cream Is the key ingredient that will give it its amazing taste

Supplies

  • 600 Grams Smoked salmon 6 slices
  • 500 Grams Spagetti 1 pacquet
  • 250 Grams Thick cream creme fraiche epaisse
  • ½ Lemon juice
  • Or sour cream
  • 1 Bunch Dill minced + leaves for decoration
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Peppercorns cracked
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt + TBsp for the water
  • 2 Garlic cut in halves

    Step 1

    You put the water to boil or you can help by starting with a boiling water from the kettle. It goes much quicker ... And cut the smoked salmon into strips
