How to Make Spaghetti Alla Carbonara

Supplies

  • 400 Grams spaghetti
  • 150 Grams bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 Grams grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    cut the bacon into strips

    Step 2

    cook the spaghetti in salated water

    Step 3

    beat the eggs in a bowl with grated pecorino romano cheese

    Step 4

    brown the bacon in the oil in a skillet over medium heat for a few minutes

    Step 5

    drain the spaghetti and toss in pan with the bacon, add the beaten eggs and mix

    Step 6

    serving the spaghetti alla carbonara with a sprinkling of black pepper
