How to Make South America Sweet Ribs

  • 100 Grams Pork ribs
  • 1 Liter Cole
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • 10 Grams Brown sugar
  • 1 Bbq salsa
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put 500 grs pork ribs into a plastic bag, add salt, pepper and a lot of lemon, leave it for a while.

    Step 2

    1L Regular Coke

    Step 3

    Add "panela" or brown sugar. ( a lot)

    Step 4

    Onion in 4 pieces.

    Step 5

    1 Garlic In 2 pieces

    Step 6

    Put in the ribs for 3 hour (or more) in low fire

    Step 7

    Then put the ribs on fire with homemade bbq salse. (coke, ketchup, Brown suger, vinagre) and that it!!!

    Step 8

    Enjoy with yellow potatoes with butter.
