I prefer my guacamole simple with no tomatoes or onions (that's in the salsa!)
Here's how to cut an avocado (I butchered them until I watched a similar video).
Chop off the larger part of the stems. Leave the rest and chop with the leaves - unless you prefer picking leaves.. I'd rather eat sooner!
Add a bit of salt (taste later and add more, if needed).
Rolling citrus fruit with some pressure helps burst the interior cells & can yield more juice.
Add lime juice & stir. I do break up the avocado slices a bit by leave them intact (again, not a mushy guac fan).
Ready to eat!
