How to Make Shakeology No-Bake Protein Balls

  • 6 Tablespoons PB2
  • 3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Natural Pure Honey
  • ½ Cups Chocolate Shakeology (or protein powder of choice)
  • ½ Cups Quick Oats
  • Water
  • ¼ Cups Unsweetened Dried Coconut (optional)
  • Air tight container
  • Wax or parchment paper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    This recipe uses Beachbody product Chocolate flavored Shakeology. You can use a protein powder of choice instead. To order Shakeology email:

    Gather supplies. Start with PB2 and mix with a little bit of water in a big bowl until it is like a paste.

    Step 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients to bowl and stir until well combined.

    Step 4

    Use a tablespoon to scoop out a serving size and roll into a ball with your hands.

    Step 5

    One serving should be about the size of a ping pong ball.

    Roll in shredded coconut if you choose to. I think it looks pretty :) you could also roll it in cacao powder.

    Step 7

    Place on wax or parchment paper. Shown are balls rolled in coconut and some just plain. This is about how many the recipe makes but that depends on how big or how small you make them.

    Store protein balls in air right container and place in freezer to set for at least one hour before serving. Then enjoy to satisfy a sweet craving or a quick bite before a workout.
