Gather all the Materials.
Crack three eggs in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs until the eggs are a solid color.
There should be a nice even color all the way through the eggs.
Set the temperature to Medium.
Let the frying pan heat up before applying the butter. Butter the whole inside of the pan. This will help your eggs not stick to the pan and it adds more flavor to the eggs.
Add the eggs to the pan.
Immediately, pick up the plastic spoon and begin stirring the scrambled eggs
Keep stirring and mashing up the eggs with the plastic spoon.
Don't stop mixing the eggs otherwise burn marks will appear on the eggs. The eggs are done when they are puffy and not runny.
