How to Make Scallop or Octopus Ceviche

  • Red pepper diced
  • Orange pepper diced
  • 1/2 a pound bay scallops
  • 8 oz octopus or 2 cans washed and drained
  • 1/2 a red onion diced
  • 2 limes juiced no seed
  • 1 orange juiced no seed
  • 1 jalapeƱo
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • Salted tortilla chip 1 bag
  • 2 avocado not till serving time diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    Dice protein add all veg and juice and seasoning and herb add avocado before serving let chill in fridge for 30 min and before plating mix in avocado .
