How to Make Salted Hazelnut Choc Chip Cookies

For the Nutella lover.

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Nutella
  • 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cups Dark Choc Chips
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 180℃ and line tray with baking paper

    Step 2

    In a bowl, mix the Nutella, sugar and egg together. Gradually add in the olive oil and mix until mixture is consistent and creamy.

    Step 3

    Add in the choc chips and sprinkle a bit of sea salt. Mix well.

    Step 4

    Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto an oven tray. Don't forget to leave a space in between as the dough will expand slightly.

    Step 5

    Bake for 8-10 mins. Cookies should be slightly darker brown around the outside. Remove from oven, sprinkle a little bit of sea salt on top of each cookie and leave to cool.

    Step 6

    The cookies should firm up once cooled. Serve.
