I use canned salted black olive. Get rid of the pit. I forgot the pic of the can. Will update u guys later.
Seasons the pork with seasoning sauce and oyster sauce. Use very little. The olives are salty
Mix in a bit olive and its juice too
Chop up the remaining olives
Put garlic pork and olives in the pan and stir frying them together
Add a bit of water to help them cooking easier
When it's almost done
Add black sweet soy sauce.
Stir frying them until cooked through. The final product should be dry.
Have it with congee or just rice.
Done! It's great for breakfast.
