How to Make Salt and Pepper Calamari Zuchinni Chips

Salt and pepper calamari with a a very healthy meal as it includes all the qualities a body needs, Carbohydrates (zucchini chips) and protein/fats (calamari)

Supplies

  • Flour 50g
  • Salt pinch
  • Pepper pinch
  • Calamari (6 rings)
  • Half a Zucchini
  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

    Applying Salt and Pepper

    Flour

    Adding Oil

    Pre-heating pan

    Putting calamari rings into pan

    Cook Calamari on one side for roughly 2-3 minutes

    Repeat on other side

    Add lemon (recommended)

    Zucchini Chips (Pre heat oven for 10 minutes with a degree of 200)
