How to Make Salsa Guacamole

Make a dip that's doubly good! It contains both fresh guac and fire roasted salsa!

Supplies

  • 14.50 Ounces Muir Glen plain diced tomatoes
  • ¼ Cups Chopped onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ Teaspoons Coarse kosher salt
  • 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Small fresh jalapeno chile, seeded, finely chopped
  • 3 Ripe large avocados, pitted, peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ Teaspoons coarse kosher salt
  • ½ Teaspoons Red pepper sauce
  • 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    To begin, gather all needed ingredients.

    Step 2

    Begin with the Salsa recipe.

    Step 3

    In a medium bowl place 1 can of plain diced tomatoes.

    Step 4

    Next, chop up 1/4 cup of fresh onion.

    Step 5

    Then chop up 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro.

    Step 6

    Add 2 tablespoons of the chopped fresh cilantro.

    Step 7

    Add 1/4 teaspoon of coarse kosher salt/

    Step 8

    To continue, finely chop up one clove of garlic.

    Step 9

    Next, seed and finely chop 1 small fresh jalapeno.

    Step 10

    Place all salsa ingredients in the bowl with the diced tomatoes.

    Step 11

    Mix salsa ingredients together.

    Step 12

    Now it's time to start making the Guacamole!

    Step 13

    Pit, and peel 3 large ripe avacodos.

    Step 14

    Coarsely mash avocados in a medium bowl.

    Step 15

    Next you need 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.

    Step 16

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of coarse kosher salt.

    Step 17

    Add, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper sauce.

    Step 18

    Finally, add 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.

    Step 19

    In the bowl, stir in the remaining guacamole ingredients.

    Step 20

    Place guacamole on a chip.

    Step 21

    Then add the salsa onto the chip with the guacamole.
