Grill tomatoes (tomatillos for green salsa), jalapeños, & onion. (Hint: Burn spots will enhance flavor. It won't hurt it.)
(Hint: Molcajete needs to be cured before first use)
While roasting, Add the EVOO, salt and garlic cloves.
Start to grind garlic cloves well to blend the EVOO, salt and cloves together.

Once roasting is done, start to grind the tomatoes one by one
