How to Make Salame Di Cioccolata

Today we will show you how to do a traditional italian children party cake,the salame di cioccolata


  • Grams 150 of butter
  • Grams 300 of dry biscuit
  • 2 eggs
  • Grams 100 sugar
  • Grams 20 icing sugar
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    These are the ingredients

    Step 2

    Crumble all the buiscuits in a bowl with a rolling pin

    Step 3

    Mix the sugar with the eggs

    Step 4

    melt the butter

    Step 5

    Add the eggs and the sugar mix to the biscuits

    Step 6

    add the cocoa podwer and mix well

    Step 7

    add the butter mix well

    Step 8

    Now on a cling film put all teh mixture and shape it like a sausages .Put it in the freezer for about two hours

    Step 9

    Before cutting it roll the sausages in the icing sugar.It will be easy to cut it when just out of the freezer.
