Hello! These are the ingredient to making salad
Step 1. Cut the lemon in half.
Step 2. Squeeze the lemon juice into the bowl.
Step 3. Add sweet chilli sauce into the same bowl as the lemon juice.
Step 4. Pour red beans and corn into a bowl. (Not the same as the sweet chilli sauce and lemon juice.)
Step 5. Add baby cos lettuce into the bowl of red beans and corn.
Step 6. Add olive oil into the bowl of baby cos lettuce,red beans and corn.
Step 7. Add the lemon juice and chilli sauce into the bowl of lettuce,red beans and corn.
Step 8. Give it a little mix.
And there you have it! A yummy salad. This salad is a healthy salad because it uses fresh foods from super markets and also these foods are all vegetables. And also the calorie intake is low
