Boil salted water
Cook 1 box of elbows or shells.
Shred 1/4 lb cheddar cheese
Dump hummus into a large bowl.
Stir in the grated cheese.
Cook the pasta.
Stir in 1/2 lb fresh mozzarella.
Add 1 cup of grated Parmesan.
Once pasta is cooked, add the pasta. It's ok if pasta water gets into the mix.
Drizzle olive oil in bottom of a large baking dish. Pour in the pasta mix. Drizzle more olive oil on top.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan and 1/4 cup Panko on top.
Bake at 350 f for 1 hour. Let sit.
