How to Make Rose Jelly With Pineapple Cubes

  • Cubes of pineapples
  • Cubes of nata de coco
  • 90 Grams Jelly powdered with Rose flavor
  • 400 Milliliters Water
  • 1 Pot
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Mix the jelly mixture with 400ml water in the pot.

    Step 2

    Stir to boil until the sugar and jelly mixture is completely dissolved.

    Step 3

    Place the cubes of pineapples and nata de coco into a container (the container or mould that will hold the jelly).

    Step 4

    Pour the dissolved jelly mixture into the container.

    Step 5

    Let the jelly mixture and the cubes settle down and let it cool off a bit before placing it in the fridge.

    Step 6

    Once its cooled (you can see the jelly starts to harden at the surface), place it into the fridge.

    Step 7

    Once harden, flip it out to slice to pieces or just eat it like that!
