Get 100 g of almonds
Bring a pot of water to boil
Cook the almonds, and rinse with cold water
Now you "smutter" the almonds.
It should look like this. Remember to remove all the skins.
Now get 180 g of white rice (not basmati or long grain)
Let it book with water for a couple of minutes
Add a liter of milk, and set it to low heat
Let it cook for about 45 min. Remember to stir often!

Now let it cool and set in fridge
Chop almonds and add them to the cold rice along with sugar, vanilla.
Whip the cream till it is light, but not like the "normal" whipped cream. And add that to the rice as well
This is the cherry sauce I chose. It looks like this, and you need to heat it in s pot.
