Take 12 tablespoons of butter (room tempreature)
Put in 1 and 1/3 cups of granulated sugar
Add 2 large eggs or 3 small ones and beat. Do it one by one
In different bowl. Add 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Add 4 tablespoons of red bright coloring
Add to the butter mix
In a different bowl, Sieve 3 and 1/4 cups of flour in a different bowl for the dry ingredient. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Take 1 and 1/2 cups of fresh milk
Alternately and slowly Add flour and milk to the red mixture
Fold them instead of beating
Remember to add the milk slowly
In a small cup, prepare 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of soda bicarbonate and add into it 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar. Stir and Add to the mixture when the chemical reaction is still taking place
Put the beated mixture to the cup. Make sure it is not too full.
Bake in 180 degree celcius oven for about 15 to 30 minutes. You can tell when it is done. Dont worry about cracks
For personal preferences, add chocolate in between the mixture and cover it.
For the frosting, beat 12 tablespoons of butter ( room tempreature)
Add a teaspoon of vanilla essence
Add 250g of cream cheese (room tempreature)
Add 4 cups of icing sugar into it
Beat, mix until it forms into this
Referigerate before using the frosting making piping work easier
Sprinkle with anything according to you preferences.
