  • 1 Lightly Beaten Egg

  • 1 ¼ Cups Buttermilk

    Preheat Your Oven

    Gather Your Ingredients

    Grease 12 Hole Muffin Tin

    Defrost 1 Cup Of Raspberries

    Combine 2 Cups Of Self-Raising Flour (Sifted), 1/2 A Cup Of Sugar And 1/2 A Cup Of Chocolate Bits

    Stir The Ingredients

    Beat 1 Egg

    Melt 3 Tablespoons Of Butter

    Mix The Egg, Melted Butter And 1 1/4 Cups Of Buttermilk
