How to Make Rabarbra or Rhubarb Soup

Supplies

  • 500 Grams Rabarbra or rhubarb
  • 700 Milliliters Water
  • 125 Milliliters Sugar
  • 1.50 Tablespoons Corn or potato flour
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Boil 7 dl of water and 1 1/4 sugar

    Step 2

    Add 500 g of rabarbra in small pieces

    Step 3

    and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes under lid

    Step 4

    Mix the flour with small amount of cold water

    Step 5

    Take the pot off the heat

    Step 6

    Add the flour and water mix slowly while stirring

    Step 7

    Put the pot over the heat again and boil it up, when its star boiling take it off the heat and is ready. Serve cold with sugar and milk / cream
