How to Make Quesdillas

Supplies

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • ½ Cups Onion finely diced
  • 15 Ounces Beans
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 12 Flour tortillas
  • 2 ½ Cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ Cups Vegetable oil
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add the 1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil to a skillet.

    Step 2

    Finely dice the onion.

    Step 3

    Saute the onion until soft.

    Step 4

    Measure 15 oz of beans.

    Step 5

    Chop up 1 green bell pepper.

    Step 6

    Add in pepper and beans.

    Step 7

    Add onion, pepper, and bean mixture to the tortillas.

    Step 8

    Shred the cheddar cheese.

    Step 9

    Add the shredded cheese to the tortilla.

    Step 10

    Add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to two skillets.

    Step 11

    Add the quesadillas to the two skillets and cook.

    Step 12

    Cut the quesadillas into 8 pieces.

    Step 13

    Cut up avocado and place on quesadilla if wanted.
