How to Make Pumpkin, White Chocolate Brownies

Decadent white chocolate and pumpkin brownies - a twist on regular chocolate brownies

Supplies

  • ¾ Cups brown sugar
  • ½ Cups butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ Cups pumpkin puree
  • ½ Cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 8 Ounces white chocolate melted
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

    Step 2

    Cream the butter and sugar with electric mixer - beat in the eggs one at a time, add in the rest of the ingredients - making sure that the melted white chocolate is incorporated well into the mixture

    Step 3

    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes

    Step 4

    Let cool completely before cutting into appropriate sizes.
