Gather your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350.
Slice up your bread. The slices should be a little less than an inch wide.
Mince your garlic.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter with your minced garlic.
Dice 1/4 of an onion.
Brush your french bread pieces with your garlic butter.
Sprinkle on a few pieces on diced onion.
Place a small dollop of pizza sauce on top of each slice of bread.
Sprinkle on a small handful of cheese.
Top with a few mini pepperoni. Stack the bread slices on top of each other and carefully place them a baking dish.
Repeat process with all rows of bread. Brush remaining garlic butter on top of each row of bread.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is gooey and melted. Then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the top of the bread is golden brown.
Remove the pan from oven and let cool.
Then enjoy! It's a great recipe for any party or get together.
