Add oatmeal, whole egg, and then separate 2 egg whites.
Add scoop of protein powder. Vanilla is safe for a basic recipe or you can get creative and use different flavored protein. I used strawberry for a berry pancake!
Pour onto skillet lightly greased with olive oil.
Flip when bubbles appear, just like normal pancakes.
Serve with fresh or frozen berries and enjoy a guilt free breakfast :)
