Ingredients: eggs, soy milk, Canderell/stevia, honey, cloves, berries, oats, banana, fry light.
Hand mixer, (bowl&fork) , spatula, non-stick pan, measuring jug, measuring cups, knife, chopping board, spoon, baking tray
Put all ingredients in a measuring jug except Canderell/stevia (only half the banana)
Process until it looks something like this
Heat a pan with fry light. Pour mix in and take the pan away from the heat. When edges curl, flip and heat on the other side.
Until golden like this (repeat, makes 2-3 pancakes depending on the size of the pan)
Put berries on the pancakes
Roll up and put in a baking tray with fry light.
Heat in oven for 5-10 mins on 200 degrees celcius (or until berries are melted and the pancakes got a golden crust).
While waiting for the pancakes: cut the banana in pieces. Divide 1 teaspoon of Canderell on all of the pieces
Heat and flip when golden (put 1 teaspoon of Canderell on the bites before you flip)
Take the pancakes out of the oven and serve with berries and banana chips. Enjoy😋
