Add 1/3 cup of pancake mix
Add one heaping scoop of your favourite whey protein. Today i used banana flavour.
Add into mixing cup. Should add up to 1 cup.
Pour in mixing bowl.
Add cinnamon. (Optional)
I added a lot. Use true cinnamon. Look for Ceylon cinnamon.
Add 2/3 cup of filtered water.
Mix until no lumps. If too watery you can add more pancake mix. Or if too thick, add more water.
Set pan on stove. Medium low heat.
Pour mixture back into measuring cup. I like to use the measuring cup because it is more controlled.
Wait 2 mins or so for pan to heat evenly. Then pour slowly into pan.
Ready to flip when it starts to bubble.
Enjoy! Depending on the size of your pancakes, mine yielded 5 pancakes.
