How to Make Protein-Packed Omelet Squares

No more excuses for skipping breakfast or eating junk because you didn't have time for a healthy breakfast. Makes 12 squares.

Supplies

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 ¼ Cups Egg Substitute (or whites)
  • 1 Pounds Cooked bacon
  • 2 Cups Chopped Chicken
  • ½ Cups Diced Onion
  • 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ Cups Chopped bell peppers
  • ½ Cups Chopped spinach
  • Dash of pepper
  • Optional Swiss cheese
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    4 eggs

    Step 2

    2 1/4 cup Egg Substitute (or egg whites)

    Step 3

    1 lb Cooked bacon (pieces)

    Step 4

    2 cups Chopped Chicken

    Step 5

    1 cup Chopped bell peppers

    Step 6

    1/2 cup Diced onions

    Step 7

    1 cup Diced tomatoes

    Step 8

    1 cup Chopped spinach

    Step 9

    Mix in large bowl

    Step 10

    Mix in optional shredded cheese

    Step 11

    Use non-stick spray on 9x13 dish and bake on 350 for 20-30 min.

    Step 12

    Cut into squares. Wrap squares in foil for quick warmup in oven or toaster oven.
