  • 50g butter
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 75 g self rasing flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml water
  • Any cream you want
  • Preheat the oven 200c gas 6
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Add your butter sauger and water

    Step 2

    Melt your butter and bring to the boil

    Step 3

    then add your flour and Stir until comes away from the side

    Step 4

    Mix in your eggs

    Step 5

    Add your eggs slowly and mix

    Step 6

    Make as many balls as you can

    Step 7

    Put in the oven until light golden brown

    Step 8

    Then cut a hole to let then cool then fill with cream
