How to Make Power Balls

Easy to make power balls. Great snack instead of sugary stuff. And they're packed with all sorts of stuff that's good for you.


  • Quinoa
  • 100% cocoa powder
  • Chia seed
  • Unsweetened coconut
  • Flax seed crushed
  • Hemp seed
  • Chocolate Lab
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Start with quinoa and add peanut butter or almond butter or tahini

    Step 2

    Add crushed flax seeds, chia seed, hemp seed, unsweetened coconut, lots of goodies. Camera cut out so you don't see me add the rest of the stuff I listed.

    Step 3

    Make your ball and roll it in cocoa powder, hemp seed, nutritional yeast or unsweetened coconut. You can put a blueberry in the middle of you like.

    Step 4

    Pit the in the freezer for a few hours and enjoy!
