How to Make Pork Dumpling

Supplies

  • 200 Grams Minced pork
  • 110 Grams Japanese cabbage
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Potato starch
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Put minced pork in a large bowl

    Step 2

    Marinated minced pork with seasonings for 20mins, set aside.

    Step 3

    Chop the Cabbage

    Step 4

    Finely chopped cabbages

    Step 5

    Mixed minced pork and cabbages

    Step 6

    Put the pork onto wonton skin, folded

    Step 7

    Cook the dumpling into boiling water for five mins, ready to serve!
