How to Make Pork Chops a La Jenni

Supplies

  • 6 Pork chops
  • ¼ Cups Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ Cups Butter
  • ½ Cups Finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Paprika
  • Fresh basil (optional)
  • Rice (optional)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Step 2

    Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray.

    Step 3

    Add flour, salt and pepper to a bowl.

    Step 4

    Dip pork chops in flour.

    Step 5

    Coat on both sides.

    Step 6

    Place on a plate.

    Step 7

    Melt butter in a frying pan and add pork chops. When they start to brown on the edges, flip pork chops to brown the other side.

    Step 8

    When pork chops are brown on both sides, remove from frying pan and add to baking dish.

    Step 9

    If you run out of space in the baking dish, you can overlap pork chops.

    Step 10

    Gather your toppings.

    Step 11

    Spread soup on pork chops.

    Step 12

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Step 13

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Step 14

    Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Step 15

    Remove from oven and uncover.

    Step 16

    Sprinkle with fresh basil if desired. Serve and enjoy!
