Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. This is a great way to use leftover chicken.
Gather the cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Add to bowl and stir well.
Spread sauce over the chicken.
Gather the crackers, butter and poppy seed. Melt butter in a bowl.
Add crackers and poppy seed to melted butter and stir.
Spread crumb mixture over chicken and sauce. Place in oven for 30 minutes.
Top will be brown and crunchy when done. Serve and enjoy!
