How to Make Pizza Rolls

Recipe for 24 pizza rolls; perfect for the lunch box or for a quick snack in-between meals

Supplies

  • 500 Grams flour
  • 25 Grams yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon sugar
  • 300 Milliliters lukewarm water
  • 4 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 100 Milliliters ketchup
  • 150 Grams cheese
  • 150 Grams ham
  • Oregano
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Ingrediens needed for the dough

    Step 2

    Add the lukewarm water to a bowl

    Step 3

    Add the yeast

    Step 4

    Mix until the yeast is completely dissolved

    Step 5

    Add salt

    Step 6

    And sugar

    Step 7

    Mix

    Step 8

    Add the flour a bit at a time

    Step 9

    Mix for a bit and add the butter

    Step 10

    Mix until the dough is smooth and all the ingredients are mixed together

    Leave to raise for 1-2 hours

    Step 12

    After 1 1/2 hour

    Ingrediens for the filling

    Sprinkle the table with flour

    Knead the dough for a bit

    Roll it out to a square (approximately 50 cm in length)

    Butter out the ketchup

    Sprinkle with oregano

    Add ham and cheese

    Roll it tightly together

    Cut out the dough in approximately 2 cm size

    Leave them to raise for another 15 minutes

    Bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees
