How to Make Pineapple Panna

Pineapple is a source of nutrients, intake of this fruit in any form like juice or in any food dishes controls Blood pressure, Asthama prevention and excellent source of strong antioxidant vitamin C.

Supplies

  • 1 Pineapple
  • ½ Teaspoons Cumin powder
  • Salt
  • 3 Teaspoons Sugar
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Take a Pineapple

    Step 2

    Cut into cubes/ pieces..

    Step 3

    Add them in a juicer extractor...

    Step 4

    Add sugar 3 tsp..

    Step 5

    Then pinch of cumin powder and salt...

    Step 6

    Now extract the juice by adding 200ml of Water to it...

    Step 7

    Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a stem of mint..

    Step 8
