Collect your ingredients
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Grease an 18x28cm slice pan.
Using an electric mixer, cream 125 grams of butter and 1/4 cup of caster sugar.
Sift the flour into the bowl
Line the slice pan with baking paper.
Using floured hands press mixture into an even surface.
Until it looks like this. Now, put in the oven for 10 minutes
Whilst the mixture is in the oven, cream the rest of the butter and sugar
Add the egg
Sift the extra flour into the bowl
Add almond meal at the same time. Then using electric mixer mix the rest.
Once that's done, cover the raspberries in half of the corn flour
Cover the pineapple in the rest of the corn flour
After 10 minutes or until light golden take the mixture out of the oven.
Spread your almond meal mixture on top
Then add the raspberries and pineapple and stick it in the oven for around 45 minutes.
45 minutes later it should look something like this, give it a bit of extra time if it doesn't look perfect yet
