How to Make Peruvian Lemonade

Makes about 1.5 quarts


  • 2 Lemons or Limes
  • 6 Cups Water
  • ¼ Cups White sugar
  • ¼ Cups Brown sugar
  • Blender
  • Strainer
  • Knives
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cut the lemons/ limes in half and remove the seeds

    Step 2

    Cut fruit into smaller pieces if necessary

    Step 3

    Put water, sugars, and lemons/ limes into the blender

    Step 4

    Blend until the fruit are pulverized and the mixture has a whitish color. The entire fruit including the rind gets blended

    Step 5

    Strain the mixture

    Step 6

    Serve immediately because it's gets more bitter as times goes on as the rind gives it that taste
