Step 1All you need is a good pan with a lid, a little butter, couple eggs and a some salt n' pepper. |

Step 3It takes a little longer than 30 seconds from start to finish, but once you add the water it should take about 30 seconds. Otherwise you will end up with over-medium eggs...which is okay too. |
