How to Make Peach and Raspberry Tart

Beautiful peach raspberry tart by Donna Hay


  • 125g of butter
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and a half cups self raising flour
  • 2 peaches
  • 150g raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 160c (325F)

    Step 3

    Place butter, sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until light and creamy

    Step 4

    Then add eggs and beat well

    Step 5

    Add sifted flour into the bowl and start mixing with a spoon

    Step 6

    Then spoon into the cake tin

    Step 7

    Then sprinkle sliced peaches, raspberries and icing sugar

    Step 8

    Then put in oven for an hour

    Step 9
