I don't know anyone who doesn't like pavlova. It pleases all generations. Delicious and very easy to do. Meringues, whipped cream and traditionally passion fruit. But there are all the variations.

Beat the egg white on low medium until opaque. Add the sugar one spoon at a time leaving 10-15 secs between each addition. When all is sugar is finished. Beat on high 1 min. Fold in Starch & vinegar
