Preheat oven to 180 degress celsius,
3 teaspoons margarine, melted, 1 tablespoon caster sugar, 2 egg yolks lightly beaten, 100ml passionfruit pulp, 2 tablespoons of fresh orange juice, 1/2 cup pure icing sugar, 4 egg whites,

Grease your oven safe soufflé dishes.
Sprinkle caster sugar into the soufflé pan.
Place yolks, passionfruit and orange juice in a bowl to mix,
Tip egg whites in to a bowl and mix with electric mixer until soft peaks form, gradually add the rest of the sugar.
Put a quarter of the whites in the existing passion fruit mixture and mix, before pouring the rest into the mixture,
Spoon into the dishes and bake for 10 minutes before serving golden.
