How to Make Parsley & Parmesan Veal Patties

By now you know that you often find me making patties. It's simple to bring in the lunch box and not a lot of work although some prepping makes the cooking more fun. Or a helper in the kitchen!

Supplies

  • 800 Grams Minced veal
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 Milliliters Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 Milliliters Flat parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    To a big bowl add minced veal..

    Step 2

    ..parmesan cheese..

    Step 3

    ..eggs..

    Step 4

    ..garlic..

    Step 5

    ..flat parsley..

    Step 6

    ..onion, olive oil and salt & peppar.

    Step 7

    Mix thoroughly..the easier way is to use your hands.

    Step 8

    Form patties. If you don't like to get all messy use thin plastic gloves.

    Step 9

    Fry in olive oil..

    Step 10

    ..and you're good to go!

    Step 11

    Serve the patties either to this zucchini "pasta" in one of my other guides or with potato puree, or with a side salad.
