How to Make Parmesan Baked Mushrooms

A tasty side dish for any meal!

Supplies

  • 1 Package mushrooms, quartered
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • ¼ Cups Lemon juice
  • 3 Teaspoons Minced garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Dried rosemary or Thyme
  • ¼ Cups Shaved Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Aluminum foil
  • Baking pan
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Step 2

    Rinse and dry mushrooms on a paper towel. Slice them in quarters and place in bowl.

    Step 3

    Add olive oil.

    Step 4

    Add lemon juice.

    Step 5

    Add garlic.

    Step 6

    Add rosemary.

    Step 7

    Add Parmesan cheese.

    Step 8

    Stir gently to coat.

    Step 9

    Spray foil covered pan with nonstick cooking spray and add mushrooms, spreading out over pan.

    Step 10

    Bake in oven for 12 minutes. (I also made Parmesan chicken and Italian green beans - both in my recipe guides!)

    Step 11

    Serve and enjoy!
