How to Make Pan's Tom Yum Shrimp Thai Soup

Hi, my name is Pan. I am from Thailand. My mom taught me how to cook Tom Yum Shrimp. I learnt it from her and so I have made it like this - hope you all like it.

Supplies

  • 1 ½ Lemons
  • 5 Chillies
  • 3 Centimeters Piece of galangal
  • 4 Coriander stalks
  • 2 Piece of lemon grass
  • 8 Basil leaves
  • 1 Cup Non fat milk
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Here are all of my ingredients chopped up and ready to use.

    Step 2

    Peel the shrimps and take the poo shoot out. Wash the shrimp and then separate them into another bowl. You have to wash the shrimps around 5 times so that they are clean.

    Step 3

    When the water is hot add all the ingredients except the shrimp and cook for a minute. Add the shrimp and cook until it turns pink and then add the milk. Cook for four minutes.

    Step 4

    Pour it in the bowl and then you can eat it.
