Gather your ingredients...so simple !!!
First, place the water in a small bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin, set aside to soften.
In a small saucepan, add the heavy cream, whole milk (or half and half) lemon zest and sugar, bring to a simmer over medium heat
You can't let it boil!!! You'll know it is ready when you see little bubbles just in the sides!
I'm so sorry for the noise !! My dog was like crazy barking!!! When they are just at the simmer point, get it off the heat and add the gelatine and the vanilla extract..stir for a min or so
Strain it to avoid lumps of gelatine and to pick out the lemon peel
Put the mix in ramequines or any cute bowl you want! Cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the fridge! At least 6 hours for it to set. The more hours it is in the fridge, the better!!
After 8 hours take them out of the fridge and add a biiiigggg and delicious spoooooon of Nutella!!!!!!!!
You can't get enough!!!!
